An Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) family based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and highly professional Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of a luxury private residence.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a background in luxury hotels, private estates, or royal residences who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the residence.
- Develop and maintain housekeeping schedules, routines, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure impeccable presentation of all guest rooms, family areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Train, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain luxury service standards.
- Manage linen, uniforms, amenities, cleaning supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate with other household departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Handle special requests from the principals with complete discretion and attention to detail.
- Monitor housekeeping budgets and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

About you
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a luxury hotel, private estate, palace, or VIP residence.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to maintaining five-star standards.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Fluent English communication skills.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and discreet personality.
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
