The Shore Concierge is responsible for delivering highly personalized, luxury shore-side services to Silversea guests. The role supports shore excursions, private arrangements, and destination services, ensuring seamless, bespoke experiences ashore while maintaining Silversea’s six-star service standards and high guest satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalized, luxury shore-side services to Silversea guests.
- Support shore excursions, private arrangements, and destination services.
- Ensure seamless, bespoke experiences ashore while maintaining Silversea’s six-star service standards and high guest satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or shore excursions (shipboard preferred).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise, and MXP systems.
- Fluent English required; additional languages highly valued (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and a luxury-mindset approach to service.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing port operations.
- Valid passport and C1/D visa (or eligibility) preferred.
