Since launching in 2004 on Charlotte Street, our London family has grown to include locations in Mayfair, Canary Wharf, and Aldwych. ROKA embodies the spirit of togetherness and shared dining: (RO) represents the vibrant atmosphere, while (KA) symbolises the heat and energy of the Robata grill. About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive. 

Our Sous Chefs are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding ROKA’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.

You’ll embody our values and bring:

  • A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences

  • Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a quality, high-volume restaurant environment
  • Manage the kitchen when the head Chef is away

  • Train, coach and develop our Junior Chefs
