Sports Staff

We are seeking energetic, confident, and sports‑oriented individuals to join our onboard Sports & Recreation Team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy leading activities, engaging guests, and creating fun and inclusive experiences at sea.

As Sports Staff, you will lead a variety of onboard sports and recreational programs, including FlowRider® surfing, basketball, ping‑pong, and other guest activities, while ensuring safety and delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboard sports and recreational activities
• Host and facilitate FlowRider® sessions and other signature attractions
• Engage guests of all ages, including families, children, and adults
• Confidently speak on a microphone and lead group activities
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and manage guest behavior
• Support multiple activities based on daily operational needs

Qualifications

• Background in sports or recreational activities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hands‑on experience in multiple team sports
• (e.g., basketball, volleyball, golf, pickleball, or similar activities)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable in a guest‑facing role and leading group activities
• CPR or Lifesaving certification is preferred
