We are strengthening our team for the position of:
Senior Receptionist (M/F).
Responsibilities:
- Provide reception services, ensuring an excellent welcome for guests;
- Carry out check-in and check-out processes efficiently and in a personalized way;
- Provide information and promote hotel services and experiences;
- Know and promote all outlets and services of the property;
- Manage special requests, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring proper follow-up;
- Work closely with different departments;
- Ensure compliance with defined quality and service standards.
- Support with accomodation (if applicable)

About you
Requirements:
- Certified training in Tourism, Hotel Management, or similar areas;
- Proven experience in the role, preferably in luxury hospitality;
- Good knowledge of Host software, Outlook, and Office 365;
- Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages will be valued;
- High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and customer orientation;
- Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy.
