About the job


• Plan, prep, and execute a range of light dishes, sharing plates, and snack-style offerings suitable for afternoon lounging and early evening drinks

• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following hygiene and safety standards at all times

• Manage mise en place for the station and ensure consistency in portioning and presentation

• Communicate with the Head Chef on stock levels, prep lists, and ingredient needs

• Ensure minimal waste and maximum freshness of perishable goods

• Occasionally assist with poolside events or private functions requiring light catering

• Be a reliable, calm presence capable of working in a team

  • Number of positions: 3
  • - Staff uniform - Long periods of vacation leave if required - Free meal per shift
  • Department: F&B kitchen

About you

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up

• Solid knife skills and experience with cold and hot light kitchen fare

• Ability to work unsupervised and take full ownership of a kitchen section

• A passion for seasonal, simple ingredients served beautifully

• Good organisational skills and a clean-as-you-go mentality

• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Language required: English.
