About the job
Training 4 Hospitality is currently recruiting a limited number of hospitality students, recent graduates and experienced hospitality professionals for upcoming interviews with several luxury 4 and 5-star hotels and resorts across California and Hawaii.
These structured U.S. J-1 Internship and Trainee programmes provide paid professional hospitality training, international cultural exchange and valuable experience with globally recognised luxury hospitality employers.
Current interview rounds are now taking place for programmes beginning from October 2026.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants should meet one of the following eligibility pathways:
• Currently studying Hospitality, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Tourism or another hospitality-related qualification
OR
• Graduated from a hospitality qualification within the last 12 months
OR
• Hospitality graduates with at least 12 months of full-time professional hospitality experience
OR
• Hospitality professionals with five or more years of full-time hospitality experience (J-1 Trainee category)
Important Information
This is a structured U.S. J-1 Internship/Trainee Programme and is not a free overseas job placement.
Participants are responsible for programme fees together with standard U.S. government visa fees, flights and personal relocation expenses.
Many participating employers also provide staff accommodation, subsidised housing or housing assistance depending on the property.
