At T4H, our 6–12 month Bridge-USA programs offer an exhilarating journey that extends far beyond traditional training—it’s a remarkable opportunity for both personal and professional development!
Partnering with prestigious brands like Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott, Hilton, and exclusive private member clubs, we deliver a paid training experience that is both enriching and rewarding. Participants enjoy a minimum of 32 hours of immersive, competitively paid training each week, plus vibrant cultural exchange opportunities that make the journey unforgettable.
Our comprehensive preparation includes interactive one-on-one workshops, tailored training plans, and full support for your host and embassy interviews. Once in the U.S., our dedicated sponsor partners provide ongoing supervision and guidance.
Important: This is a structured J-1 visa program, not a free job placement. Participants are responsible for a program fee (covering visa sponsorship, placement, and support services). This fee ensures a high-quality, fully supported experience.
Safe and affordable housing is available, arranged either through host sites (with payroll deductions) or independently.
