Gondola Tour Coordinator (Venice)

We’re looking for a polished, reliable individual to support the guest experience for pre-booked gondola tours in Venice — one of the city’s most iconic and memorable moments.
In this role, you’ll serve as the welcoming point of contact at the gondola station, guiding guests through check-in with ease and confidence. From verifying bookings to coordinating smooth boarding, your presence will help ensure each experience begins effortlessly and on the right note. You’ll also provide light assistance and direction to travelers, contributing to a seamless and elevated experience overall.
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 3-4 shifts per week at approximately 1 hour per shift, primarily in the afternoons and early evenings. The role is based at gondola stations in Venice, with exact location details shared upon hiring. Compensation is approximately €35 per shift.
We’re looking for someone dependable, punctual, and comfortable in a guest-facing environment, with strong communication skills and a good level of English. A natural ease with international travelers and a calm, professional presence will go a long way in this role. It’s an ideal opportunity for students or anyone seeking a flexible, well-positioned side role in the heart of the city.
