With a trajectory of more than 14 years in the world of pastry training, chefs Hans Ovando and Elena Adell start a new educational adventure at Be Chef Pastry School Barcelona. In 2017 they began to build their online and presential pastry training project and in 2018 the baking school saw the light, pioneers in online pastry and baking education in Spanish and English. In 2019, the Barcelona Be Chef pastry school saw the opening of its doors in a practical format in the nerve center of Sant Joan Despí, a strategic point near business centers, fairs, and the airport and only 10 km from the center of Barcelona with easy accessibility by car or public transport. The Barcelona Be Chef baking school is located at a point where you can develop as a pastry professional away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but at the same time offering you to be in the center of Barcelona in 15 minutes. Our baking school in Barcelona offers you different pastry training options either online, face-to-face, or blended, and with long and short-term courses. At the moment, we have almost 100 students in our professional pastry course.

The pastry course has been created for all those who want to enter the world of pastry in a professional way or complement their culinary arts with knowledge of pastry. The course is indicated for people who need specific training in professional pastry. Without the need for previous knowledge, pastry course begins with the knowledge of raw ingredients in its theoretical classes and little by little they enter more technical concepts. In the same way, for the practical part, the course starts with the most basic elaborations and they advance and increase their knowledge until they perfect their techniques in modern pastry. In groups, you can enjoy the full attention of your teachers and learn pastry in a pleasant environment.
Intensive pastry diploma
The intensive pastry course has been created for all those who want to enter the world of pastry in a professional way or complement their culinary arts with knowledge of pastry. With a duration of one month, the course is indicated for people who do not have much time during the busy year and need specific training in professional pastry in a short period of time. In addition, once the course is finished, the student has access to the school's online platform to complement their knowledge with 120 hours of pastry video lesson content. Without the need for previous knowledge, pastry course begins with the knowledge of raw ingredients in its theoretical classes and little by little they enter more technical concepts. In the same way, for the practical part, the course starts with the most basic elaborations and they advance and increase their knowledge until they perfect their techniques in modern pastry.
