Edge Hotel School

The Edge Hotel School is the first hotel school of its kind in the UK, where students enjoy a unique learning experience. Not only do they study the theory to achieve a degree in Hotel Management, they also work alongside hospitality professionals – putting their knowledge into context right away - helping to run Wivenhoe House, a real-life, four-star country house hotel.

The Edge Hotel School equips undergraduates with the professional and managerial skills, as well as the academic theory, to prepare them for their future careers as leaders in the industry. This fast-track two-year degree gives our students a fantastic CV as they experience the realities of day to day life in the hospitality industry as they progress through their studies.

We have a close and collaborative relationship with the industry that includes scholarships, masterclasses and sponsorship.

Graduates have gone on to employment in roles such as General Manager, Head Housekeeper, Events Co-ordinator and Restaurant Manager; as well as hospitality graduate schemes.

To be accepted onto our fast track Hotel Management degree or its progression routes, students require the potential to succeed both academically and practically. Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to accept applications from international students.
