The International Bartenders Association sets and advances professional bartending standards worldwide through education, collaboration, resources and international competitions. From aspiring bartenders to experienced managers and industry leaders, we provide the knowledge, skills and professional pathways needed to succeed at every stage of a bartending career.
Powered by the UK Bartenders’ Guild, this dedicated community connects hospitality employers with trained bartending talent who have completed recognised programmes delivered by the UKBG, IBA or one of its Member Associations. Training takes place throughout the year across the world, preparing bartenders to meet recognised professional standards and progress with confidence.
Visit the Hosco's Training section or our websites, www.iba-world.com and www.ukbartendersguild.co.uk, choose an available programme and take your next step. Complete an eligible course to join our global talent community and become visible to hospitality employers seeking trained bartending professionals.
