IIS Vergani is a Culinary and Tourism secondary school set in the very centre of the beautiful town of Ferrara in a 14th century building - Pendaglia Palace.
The school was founded in 1985 and so far we have more than 1000 students divided in 5 different years fo classes and 3 options: culinary arts, waitering and bartending, and front office.
According to the national instructions, our students attend theoretical and practical lessons trying to increase their knowledge and skills related to the F/B and tourism sector.
We have a very good numbers of partnerships with other Italian and European schools and companies, but we are always very happy to increase the number of friends all over the world to give better opportunities to our students.
