Italian Chef Academy is a professional culinary school located in Via Decio Filipponi 15, within one of the most exclusive and scenic areas of Rome, not far from St. Peter’s Basilica and the city’s most iconic monuments.

Set within a natural reserve, Blumenstihl Villa, the Academy boasts a bio-natural kitchen garden and a dedicated area for aromatic herbs. Its extensive outdoor spaces and purpose-built classrooms provide an ideal environment for both theoretical and practical learning.
Our state-of-the-art didactic kitchen is equipped with the latest professional tools and technologies, offering each student a fully equipped individual workstation to ensure autonomy and optimal learning conditions for various cooking intensive courses.

The Academy is also home to a comprehensive culinary library, featuring an impressive collection of food and wine volumes. This valuable resource allows students to delve deeper into the subjects covered in class and further enrich their culinary knowledge.

Italian Chef Academy offers a selection of affiliated accommodations located just a short distance from the Academy, reserved for non-resident members. This option can be requested during the introductory interview.
