Sunway Le Cordon Bleu offers vocational pathways in culinary arts training where students can pursue the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu diplomas. Their most sought-after programme is the Grand Diplôme, which is offered to students who complete both the Diplôme de Cuisine and the Diplôme de Pâtisserie programmes will attract professional chefs career opportunities. Short courses and cooking workshops are also offered for individuals with a passion for cooking.

The Institute of Culinary Arts had received accredited status under the Department of Skills of The Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) in 2019. The exercise carried out by officials from the ministry had verified and assess all criteria of the institute and we now have 3 accredited programmes in Cuisine, Pastry and Boulangerie.
Now International students will be able to apply for our 9 months Classic Cycle programmes with a 3 months compulsory Industry Placement here in Malaysia. The exclusive Grand Diplôme may now be completed in 18 months plus 6 months Industry Placement will prepare graduates in the Chef Profession and industry ready with a wide range of career paths which await them; such as working with 5 Star Hotel Chains, luxury cruises, exclusive well-known Michelin Starred, World Best 50’s Restaurants, being a private Chef or even opening their dream restaurants or patisseries.
