UCN´s slogan is "Real Life Education", and we mean this very literally! We continuously strive to develop our curriculum in collaboration with the professions for which we educate our students, and the interaction between theory and practice combined with personal reflection remains the absolute core of all our study programmes – and the basis of our learning approach Reflective Practice-Based Learning.

We value creative, explorative and innovative students that are capable of bringing their own values and personality into play; students that through reflecting on their own practice develop a personal judgement and ability to act professionally in an international work environment.

UCN has both Academic Profession degree students, specialised in either Tourism Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management or Sport & Event Management, as well as Bachelor students, specialised in either International Hospitality Management or Sport Management.

All students have knowledge, skills and competencies within their specialisation as well as business development, operation and administration, management, economy, marketing, communication, cultural understanding and much more! BA degree students are educated to handle hospitality businesses challenges at a more strategic level and to operationalise the company´s strategy in practise.
