The Opportunity

We are looking for a service-oriented Arabic-Speaking Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Lily Beach Resort & Spa. You will be the primary liaison for our Arabic-speaking guests, ensuring every interaction enhances their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Arabic-speaking guests from arrival to departure
Handle inquiries, special requests, and guest concerns with professionalism
Provide personalized recommendations for dining and resort activities
Facilitate clear communication and translation between guests and resort teams

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred
