The Opportunity
We are looking for a service-oriented Arabic-Speaking Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Lily Beach Resort & Spa. You will be the primary liaison for our Arabic-speaking guests, ensuring every interaction enhances their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Arabic-speaking guests from arrival to departure
- Handle inquiries, special requests, and guest concerns with professionalism
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining and resort activities
- Facilitate clear communication and translation between guests and resort teams

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Previous experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred
