Digital & Social Media Support

Assist in managing and updating social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Support content creation including captions, visuals, short videos, and stories.
Help schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages).

Content & Website Management

Assist in updating website content, banners, and promotions.
Proofread digital content to ensure brand tone, accuracy, and consistency.
Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and content optimization.

Campaign & Email Marketing

Support digital campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
Assist with email marketing newsletters and database updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect content and visuals.

Analytics & Reporting

Assist in tracking digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic).
Prepare basic reports and insights to support decision-making.

Administrative & Creative Support

Maintain digital content libraries and asset folders.
Conduct competitor and trend research in digital marketing and hospitality.
Support ad-hoc marketing and branding projects as assigned.

Department: Marketing

About you

Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.
Good writing skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
