- To assist F&B Manager to drive the F&B department.
- To assist F&B Manager to direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize revenue for the F&B department
- Assist to Implement Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra F&B standards and specifications within the department in conjunction with Sofitel guidelines
- Participate in daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets and other F&B outlets.
- Develop a strong understanding of F&B service standards, procedures and operational excellence.
- Support the F&B management team in supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and respond professionally to guest needs and feedback.
- Learn and apply hotel standards, policies, hygiene, food safety and health & safety requirements.
- Support team briefings, training sessions and daily operational communication.
- Participate in stock control, purchasing and inventory-related activities.
- Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, banquets and special functions.
- Work closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Participate in departmental projects and improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and professionalism throughout the development program.
- Complete assigned learning activities, projects and assessments as part of the 6-month development journey.

About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
- Previous experience or internship in Food & Beverage is an advantage.
- Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude, energetic and eager to learn.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and professionalism.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrates leadership potential and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Food & Beverage management.
