Chinese - Speaking Marketing & Public Relations Executive

The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of CHINESE -SPEAKING MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE based at LUX* SOUTH ARI ATOLL, MALDIVES.

We are looking for a Chinese-Speaking Marketing & Public Relations Executive to join our team at LUX* South Ari Atoll in the Maldives.

This role is ideal for a creative, digitally savvy professional passionate about luxury hospitality, social media marketing, content creation, branding, and digital storytelling with a strong focus on the Chinese market.

• Support the execution of marketing and PR campaigns.
• Manage and coordinate social media platforms and digital channels.
• Create engaging content for online audiences and email communication
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across local and international markets.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and creative projects.
• Monitor social media trends and contribute fresh marketing ideas.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and the Marketing & PR Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Previous Performance:

• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, or Social Media.
• Experience in international luxury hospitality, resorts, or lifestyle brands would be a definite advantage.

Other Requirements:

• A strong understanding of luxury branding and digital engagement
• Someone proactive, organised, creative, and eager to grow
• A team player who can bring fresh ideas and execute them effectively
• Strong content writing, editing, and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Photography and videography experience is a plus
