Established in 2011, Crew Skills has operated a high-end boutique culinary training school in Ipoh since 2012 and Seremban since 2017. Initially offering Malaysian Government SKM Level 2 and 3 courses, in 2017 Crew Skills became an aproved centre for Cullinary Solutions Australia International offering Australian professionl chef training and also for City & Guilds Institute of UK, offering Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses in Culinary Arts. In the same year, Crew Skills became a Recognized Quality Culinary Education provider by World Chefs. Crew Skills aims to provide its trainees with the qualifications that will satisfy international visa requirements and the professional competence to perform well in any kitchen. Our aim is to develop professional chefs for the international market who will be recognized for the quality of their training. In addition to daily hands-on practical cooking in the kitchens, and the mastery of theory, Crew Skills seek to bring in a series of master chefs to demonstrate their particular cuisine and to share their knowledge with the students in two day practical sessions culminating in a lunch for invited guests serving the dishes prepared by the students under the supervision of the master chef. Since 2018, Crew Skills has participtaed in several international culinary competitions with commendable results including gold, silver and bronze medals.
