Founded in 1993, Wangsen Education Group was formerly known as Wangsen Coffee, Western Pastry and Culinary School, focusing on the education of baking, coffee, pastry and western cuisine, product development, design and other training services. Our business covers four core areas: Food Education, Gourmet Culture, Gourmet Travel and Gourmet Commerce. So far, we have established 16 institutes in different provinces on forming four major business development directions introduced above.Wangsen\\\'s education model combines education, learning and research, and is active in introducing and cultivating outstanding teachers and vigorously improving the teaching environment and conditions. Bringing together more than 100 French MOF professors, world famous chefs, world champions, as well as nearly 1,000 Elite faculty, and bringing up 7 world champions. In the effort of this group, we have a world-class faculty, and we have established cooperative relations with famous peer universities in France, Japan, and Korea. We regularly organize faculty members to conduct academic exchanges and participate in international competitions overseas. We are in line with the international food trend. We focus on cultivating the development and the creativity of the students, and adhering to the skill-based education that promotes teaching through technology research and development. Wangsen Education Group is also a creative education group company that combines food education and food art in the pastry art training education. We set standards among the peer companies. After 26 years of development, a total amount of more than 280,000 skilled personnel have been delivered to the society. At the same time, we have published more than 300 professional food books nationwide. In 2018, Wangsen Education Group officially took a solid step in international development. Under the witness of the mayor of Saint-Etienne, France, it successfully acquired the French bakery and dessert school. MOF Jean-Jacques BORNE will serve as the first principal of the Pastry and Bakery school of WangSen Education in France., with which Wangsen Education Group has also officially stepped into the fast lane of international development. At the same time, in 2018, T·Style Culinary Institute and Wangsen Baking and Pastry Magic Institute under Wangsen Education Group will also formally debut in the country. At present, Wangsen Education has been awarded the National Training Quater for the 44th and 45th World Skills Competitions “Sugar Art/Pastry” and “Baking” by the National Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It has established the “Qingmiao Program” youth skill training quater. Wangsen also specially set up the elite class of the World Championships and the World Competition Committee to focus on cultivating the potential candidate of the World Skills Competitions.
