Subjects studied include business communications, intercultural awareness, fundamentals of accounting, international hospitality industry studies, food and beverage practice, marketing, restaurant operations, hospitality management operations, bar & beverage management, hospitality information systems, hospitality law, and strategic management. There is a six-month work placement in Year 3. On graduation, you may proceed to postgraduate studies leading to the award of MSc, MPhil or PhD at research institutes and universities worldwide.
